• This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on any website or mobile application owned or operated by PC SETUP as "Sold and Shipped by PC SETUP.
  • Return and Refund policy can only be provided in case of any damage in product, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or if product is defective. Our purchasers have 3 days after delivery of the product purchased, to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. A 7days return or refund policy is also applicable only on purchase of a complete PC set. The issue can be brought to our attention either by an email (preferred) or by calling us.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
  • All the accessories which were delivered along with the product should be returned in the same way and along with the product
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.
  • In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.
  • If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.
  • Return / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
  • Packaging material should be kept by the buyer until the return window is opened as this will help them to pack the product to its original form to avoid any damage during the transit.Product should be packed in a proper way as it was received by the buyer, do not apply tapes or glues directly on the product or on the product box, this may lead to cancellation of your return request.
  • If the payment was made through our site’s gateway, then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account, which usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
  • 5% will be deducted from the order value/total amount if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, this will only be applicable if the order is cancelled by the buyer.
